Monique Siders is a certified menopause specialist, Thai Yoga Massage Therapist, integrating natural therapies and mindful movement to support women through every stage of life — from womb to wisdom. She is a Reiki Master, yoga instructor, meditation practitioner, herbalist, and founder of the Soul Harmony Holistic Wellness.
Monique’s path to this work is deeply personal. After years of being overlooked and dismissed by doctors during routine checkups and gynecological visits, her own reproductive health crisis brought her to a breaking point. At 39, after having raised two children, she became unexpectedly pregnant. Suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum once again—a condition that left her severely ill and rapidly losing weight—she made the difficult but empowered decision to terminate the pregnancy. Following the abortion, her menstrual cycle disappeared for a full year, and she began to experience intense pain, bloating, and illness monthly. When she sought help, she was met with cold indifference. A doctor suggested she might have Asherman’s Syndrome but refused to treat her after she lost insurance coverage. Another provider referred her to a midwife, who tragically passed away before a planned ultrasound.
Left without support and still in pain, Monique turned inward—choosing to heal herself using natural remedies and holistic practices. Through dietary changes, herbal medicine, and energetic healing, her menstrual cycle returned exactly one year later—to the day of her abortion. That moment was spiritual, emotional, and transformational. It renewed her connection to her body, her purpose, and her power.
But the challenges didn’t stop there. In 2023, Monique faced severe menopausal symptoms—brain fog, fatigue, emotional shifts—while working as a technical design manager at a woman-owned company. Shockingly, she was met with silence and no accommodations, despite working alongside other women. She was forced to go on disability for seven months, undergoing surgery and creating her own healing regimen. When she returned to work, she was dismissed without explanation—offered a severance instead of support. That heartbreak marked a turning point. It made it clear that even women-led spaces were not exempt from failing women in transition. And it propelled Monique fully into her purpose.
She transformed her pain into power—creating Soul Harmony Holistic Wellness, a brand and movement that uplifts women navigating puberty, fertility, motherhood, perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Her wellness offerings include custom herbal kits, retreats, workshops, yoni steaming, womb wellness circles, and somatic movement infused with breathwork, energy healing, and radical rest.
Her work also honors the women who shaped her journey. Her daughter, who survived childbirth trauma after her birthing plan was ignored. And her late mother, who was misdiagnosed and overmedicated for years before dying from pancreatic cancer—another tragic example of the silence and harm Black women face in traditional healthcare systems.
Today, Monique is a passionate speaker, educator, and advocate who shares her story so that other women don’t have to suffer in silence. Whether she’s speaking to teens about puberty or guiding elders through post-menopausal empowerment, she brings her full truth, spirit, and love to the space.
She is not just doing this work. She is living it. And she’s showing women how to reclaim their healing, their stories, and their power.

“Through my work, I aim to help women reconnect with their essence, release what no longer serves them, and awaken to their divine harmony”.
